Positive Lifestyle - a program for change

If you, a family member, friend or your client needs a boost of self-confidence, our Positive Lifestyle program is here to help.

The Positive Lifestyle program is about learning to understand yourself so you step into a brighter future.

A free, confidential and life-affirming service run by the Salvation Army based at the Neighbourhood Justice Centre.

What we'll do together

In each session, our trained facilitator finds positive and supportive ways to get to build the self-awareness to overcome the many issues that can prevent us from making positive changes.

  • Low self-esteem
  • Issues with anger management
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Difficult personal issues
  • Broken relationships
  • Disconnection from friends, family and community
  • Finding it hard to find or hold down a job.

The program provides the supportive environment for you to:

  • develop a better sense of self-worth
  • develop life-improving skills - and apply these skills
  • use self-awareness in positive ways.
